Zumba fitness has modified moves for Merengue; Salsa; Cumbia; Reggaeton; Belly dancing; Flamenco; Samba; and Tango.
It combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.
What can I expect at a Zumba class?
You will learn while you watch. The instructor will not be shouting orders or counting steps. You will be coached through 3 or 4 easy to follow steps, which will be repeated when the music change. You don’t have to pick up the moves instantaneously but just have to move, let loose and have fun.
Who can do Zumba classes?
Zumba fitness is for everyone, old and young, overweight, under weight, non-dancers or dancers alike.
